DNA Payments is recruiting a Trainee Sales Representative to join the DNA Sales Academy and generate new business by visiting SME businesses within an assigned postcode area. This is a field-based, entry-level role offering structured training, coaching and live field activity.

No prior sales experience required. You must be self-motivated, resilient, reliable and comfortable approaching business owners face to face. Graduation after six months leads to promotion.

Responsibilities

• Complete all product, compliance, systems and sales training.
• Manage and develop your assigned territory on a daily basis.
• B2B cold calling (75+ door knocks daily once fully active).
• Target SME businesses with annual card turnover of £50,000 - £7.5m.
• Identify merchant needs and promote DNA Payments, EPOS and Zash solutions.
• Efficiently manage your CRM and pipeline of opportunities to achieve conversions.
• Work towards 1 self-generated sale per day (20 per month).
• Target clients with monthly £50+ net revenue to achieve targets.
• Support customers through to live and transacting.
