Job summary

DNA Payments is seeking a Trainee Sales Representative to join the DNA Sales Academy. You will generate new business by visiting SME businesses within an assigned postcode area, in a field-based, training-focused role.

Entry-level experience is welcome; graduates progress to Business Development Consultant after six months based on performance and CRM activity. Roles involve field work in Remote, Watford and surrounding areas with structured coaching and target-driven activity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete all product, compliance, systems and sales training.
• Manage and develop your assigned territory on a daily basis.
• B2B cold calling (75+ door knocks daily once fully active).
• Target SME businesses with annual card turnover of £50,000 - £7.5m.
• Identify merchant needs and promote appropriate DNA Payments, EPOS and Zash solutions.
• Efficiently manage your CRM and pipeline of opportunities to achieve expected conversions.
• Work towards 1 self-generated sales a day (20 per average working month).
• Target clients with monthly £50+ net revenue to achieve monthly targets.
• Successfully complete customer applications and support customers through to live and transacting.
• Work with internal teams to process, deliver and set up products, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Apply coaching and feedback and demonstrate continued improvement.
• Maintain the required standards for attendance, punctuality, activity, administration and professional conduct.
• Be present on daily huddle calls both in the morning and in the evening.
