Job summary

Oakmoor Recruitment is seeking a Trainee Early Years Assessor for a home-based role covering Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas. You'll manage a caseload of Early Years apprentices, including Functional Skills, delivering mentorship remotely and in-work visits.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years as Deputy Manager in a nursery, hold a UK driving license, and welcome flexible home-based work with travel.

Qualifications

• Deputy Manager or higher in a nursery with 3+ years experience.
• UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Home-based role covering Tunbridge Wells and surrounding area; travel to learner workplaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners (incl. Functional Skills) remotely and with on-site learner visits.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to learners through to completion of their apprenticeship.
