KM Recruitment is seeking an Early Years Childcare Trainer Assessor (Trainee or Qualified) based Home/Field with travel across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. Starting salary £29,000 with progression to £30,000 + BONUS (pro rata).

The role involves delivering Apprenticeship Standards in Early Years Childcare up to Level 5, managing a caseload, observations, and supporting learners through End Point Assessment.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare.
• Solid occupational competency within Early Years Childcare at Deputy or Nursery Manager level.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Flexible with travel and field-based delivery.

Responsibilities

• Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Early Years Childcare up to Level 5, plus Functional Skills to Level 2.
• Manage a caseload of learners, conduct remote and face-to-face observations.
• Manage diary to ensure timely reviews and completions.
• Support learners through the End Point Assessment Process.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner needs.
• Meet Assessor KPIs for visits, reviews, progression and quality paperwork.

Essential Criteria:

• Must hold solid occupational competency within Early Years Childcare at Deputy or Nursery Manager level.
• Must hold own Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare as a minimum.
• Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
• Full, clean, UK driving licenceand access to own vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel.

Duties include:

• Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Early Years Childcare up to Level 5, along withFunctional Skills to level 2.
• Manage a caseload of learners, conduct remote and face to face observations to gather evidence towards their Apprenticeships.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and completions.
• Support learners through the End Point Assessment Process.

• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
• Meet Assessor KPI's in terms of timely visits, reviews, learner progression, quality paperwork and general administration.
