Job summary

A leading training provider is seeking qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors to support learners in achieving their Early Years Level 2, 3, or 5 apprenticeships. This home-based role with travel requires managing a caseload of learners. Successful candidates will hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years, with assessing experience and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting.
• Experience in building and managing your own caseload.

Responsibilities

• Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face to face and remotely.
• Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications.
• Creating appropriate solutions for learners to enhance their experience.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Education

Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent

Assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA)

Teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS)
