A regional training organization in the East Midlands seeks qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors to support a caseload of learners. The role is home-based and involves traveling approximately 45 miles to visit learners, with around 70% of the week spent on the road. Candidates should possess a Level 3 qualification in Early Years and relevant assessing qualifications. This position offers flexibility, 25 days holiday, and various benefits including sick pay and a referral bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent – essential.
• Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting.
• Assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) – essential.

Responsabilités

• Support a caseload of 45 learners across the region, face-to-face and remotely.
• Deliver a range of award-winning qualifications.
• Utilise the e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey.

Connaissances

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

IT competence with working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Experience in building and managing your own caseload

Formation

Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent

Assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA)

Teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS)
