Job summary

Ostratto seeks a Technical Consultant to join our remote tech team. You will diagnose software/hardware issues for clients, troubleshoot cloud software, websites, and networks, and engage with clients via phone or our support desk within SLA.

Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills are essential, with a keen willingness to learn. A company laptop/phone and training may be provided to develop technical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Interest in technology/computing with a basic ability to use it.
• Willingness to learn and complete provided courses.

Responsibilities

• Researching and identifying solutions to software and hardware issues for clients.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across cloud software, websites, networks and devices.
• Communicate with clients via phone or support desk within defined SLA.
• Provide accurate feedback by consulting internal databases and external resources.
• Prioritise and manage multiple tickets and follow up to ensure functionality.
• Assist Sales with technical queries and draft designs for potential implementations.
• Build and deploy client systems and complex platforms as required.
• Research and test new solutions to add to the portfolio.
