David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for an AI tech company, focusing on international tech recruitment from a remote setup. You will own the candidate journey, interview for technical aptitude and cultural fit, and help shape the recruitment function as the company scales beyond 100 employees.

The role requires global sourcing experience, strong English communication, and a track record in startups or scale-ups. Fully remote with international recruiting scope.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience across USA, EU, LATAM and other hubs.
• Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Map and engage top tech talent from global hubs, including passive candidates.
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack and new sourcing channels.
• Build long-term relationships with passive talent to anticipate hiring needs.
• Own the candidate journey from discovery to close and conduct structured interviews.
• Test AI tools and sourcing strategies to maintain high quality.
