Job summary

Adjusting Appointments Limited is seeking a Subsidence Building Consultant with strong subsidence experience to join our UK team. You will manage domestic and commercial subsidence claims, diagnosing causes remotely and steering projects to resolution with digital tools.

You will coordinate with field surveyors, supply partners, and third‑party specialists, ensuring efficient claim handling while maintaining high standards. Salary up to £63,000 plus pension and holiday.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of structural defects affecting buildings.
• Ability to diagnose causes of damage remotely using digital technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and commercial subsidence claims from diagnosis to repair.
• Fully project manage subsidence claims through to conclusion using digital tools.
• Coordinate appointments and manage third party suppliers and site investigation partners.
