Job summary

Adjusting Appointments Limited seeks an experienced Subsidence Building Consultant to manage domestic and commercial subsidence claims from home, coordinating with field surveyors and suppliers using digital tools.

You will diagnose causes of damage without site visits, leverage professional qualifications such as MRICS, MICE or MCIOB, and oversee claims to resolution with a desk-based approach across the UK. Salary up to £63,000, plus pension, death in service and 25 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of structural defects affecting buildings and subsidence.
• Ability to diagnose cause of damage without site visits using digital tools.
• Professional qualification such as MRICS, MICE, MCIOB or equivalent encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and commercial subsidence claims through diagnosis, mitigation and repair with Desk Based Surveyors and partners.
• Fully project manage claims to conclusion using digital technology.
• Deal with appointments and management of third party suppliers.
