Job summary

Adjusting Appointments Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Subsidence Building Consultant to manage domestic and commercial subsidence claims end-to-end using digital technology.

You will diagnose causes of structural defects without site visits, coordinate with Field Surveyors and third party suppliers, and fully project manage claims through to conclusion. Salary up to £63,000 plus pension and generous holiday.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of structural defects affecting buildings.
• Ability to diagnose the cause of damage without site visits using digital tech.
• Professional building qualifications such as MICE/MRICS or working towards subsidence expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and commercial subsidence claims through diagnosis, mitigation and repair.
• Fully project manage subsidence claims through to conclusion using digital technology.
• Coordinate with Field Surveyors and third party suppliers for appointments and delivery.
