Job summary

Superb People is seeking a proactive Student Support Officer to deliver world-class service across the student journey. You will be the first line of support, handling enquiries, guiding learners through courses and keeping backend operations smooth.

You will collaborate with tutors, finance and internal teams, owning onboarding, engagement campaigns and data management in CRM and LMS systems. The role is fully remote with a supportive learning-operations structure.

Qualifications

• Experience in student support or education administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with digital tools including CRM and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage student enquiries via inbox and ticketing system with timely responses.
• Onboard new students and support engagement campaigns.
• Maintain accurate student records in CRM and LMS systems.
• Coordinate with tutors, finance and internal teams to resolve queries.
