Clyde & Co is seeking a Change and Engagement Manager to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) in Glasgow. You will develop and execute change strategies that drive engagement, adoption and business readiness across projects and programmes.

Working closely with senior leaders and project teams, you will create impactful communications and engagement activities, coaching leaders through periods of change and ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven record of leading and delivering successful change initiatives in a professional services or corporate environment.
• 5+ years' experience in organisational change management and/or communications.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
• Experience developing and implementing change strategies, impact assessments, communications plans and adoption activities.
• Strong planning, organisational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to coach and support leaders through periods of change.
• Change Management certification (such as Prosci or ACMP) is highly desirable.
