SSE plc is seeking a Change Lead to drive business readiness and user adoption across our Digital Programmes. You will guide change activities, coordinate analysts, and ensure effective communication and engagement across multiple projects.

The role requires strong change management expertise, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on project lifecycle experience within a large, multi-project environment. Flexible/Full Time options available with base locations in Scotland.

Qualifications

• Experience across business change disciplines on large scale transformational projects.
• Strong customer focus with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage transformation project lifecycles with practical change deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Create structured change experiences guiding individuals and teams through change.
• Represent Digital Business Change in governance forums and provide status updates.
• Challenge Delivery Leads on change needs and raise adoption risks to project teams.
• Oversee development of communications and engagement plans to build user engagement and readiness.
• Oversee design and delivery of training solutions and handover to BAU with Group L&T.
