Job summary

You will work closely with leaders to shape governance, portfolio planning and adoption activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and maximising value.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, coaching and data-driven delivery, with flexible working and a focus on continuous improvement across global offices.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading change initiatives in professional services or corporate settings.
• 5+ years in organisational change management or communications roles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing abilities.
• Experience designing change strategies, impact assessments and adoption plans.
• Excellent planning, organisational and multi-priority project management.
• Ability to coach leaders and project teams through change.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven improvement.
• Change Management certification (Prosci or ACMP) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Shape firm-wide transformation and deliver strategic projects and programmes.
• Develop and connect communications across a portfolio of initiatives with consistent messaging.
• Partner with senior leaders to sponsor and embed change across the organisation.
