Job summary

Scott Logic is seeking a Staffing Operations administrator to support consultant workforce management, maintenance of data, and governance across the business. You will engage with finance, commercial, business operations, and senior management while coordinating staffing activities.

You will gain exposure to core operations of a busy software consultancy and contribute to shaping operational processes in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Proactive, well organised, dependable, with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience as administrative or coordinator role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain staffing team records, systems and trackers.
• Support administration of consultant workforce allocations and project movements.
• Maintain view of consultant workforce availability, bench and assignment information.
• Support end-to-end contractor recruitment lifecycle.
• Monitor client project requests and identify staffing needs.
• Attend staffing meetings and record minutes.
• Support routine staffing reports and management information.
• Support staffing governance and continuous improvement activities.
