Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced Sourcing Transition Lead to join the Sourcing Pursuits & Transitions team. You will manage end-to-end sourcing for IFM contracts across the EMEA region, coordinating supplier transitions and onboarding to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.

You will lead new pursuit development, craft vendor strategies, and oversee negotiations with suppliers, aligning terms with client requirements and JLL's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of work experience in sourcing, supplier transitions, or supplier management in IFM/outsourcing.
• Understanding of services contracting and sourcing processes.
• Experience working with suppliers across the EMEA region or globally.
• Experience managing supplier transitions and mobilization for complex IFM contracts is preferred.
• Experience supporting new business pursuits or bid processes.
• Development of EMEA strategic relationships with multi-national suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for new and renewed IFM contracts, onboarding suppliers and ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Drive new pursuit development by creating vendor strategies, engaging partners, and preparing RFP responses and client materials.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers during transitions, ensuring favorable terms and SLA alignment.
• Coordinate supplier mobilization and onboarding with PMOs, operations, and client stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare and present progress reports to client stakeholders, PMOs, and leadership, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to process improvements, efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives, including AI and automation initiatives.
