Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Global Account Sourcing Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement across our Integrated Facilities Management accounts in a dynamic, global client environment.

You will represent JLL at executive governance forums, negotiate complex contracts, and drive measurable savings while ensuring risk and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. A hybrid work model and strong career progression await.

Qualifications

• Significant global sourcing experience in multi-country FM or similar environments.
• Proven track record leading and developing teams across regions.
• Strong commercial acumen with complex contract negotiation and savings delivery.
• Ability to influence C-suite and senior client leadership in high-stakes discussions.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, compliance, risk management and supplier qualification.
• Proficiency with procurement platforms (Jaggaer/Bravo) to enable reporting and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing and procurement lifecycle across IFM service lines and geographies.
• Represent JLL at client meetings and governance forums; shape procurement strategy.
• Negotiate high-value contracts and deliver savings targets with measurable results.
• Oversee RFP management, bid analysis, and supplier recommendations; ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Account Directors and operations teams to scope services and develop supplier frameworks.
• Monitor KPIs and reporting on savings, performance, and contract management.
