Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in London seeks an Account Sourcing Manager to lead end-to-end procurement for a key client within IFM. You will shape sourcing strategy, manage RFPs, negotiations, and supplier performance across hard and soft FM services.

The role demands a strategic, data-driven approach, strong English communication, and willingness to travel within the EMEA region. Hybrid or on-site options may be available within London.

Qualifications

• Background in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) or Facilities Management.
• Strategic mindset with ability to build EMEA-wide relationships with suppliers.
• Experience negotiating complex FM contracts and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies across Workplace Management lines.
• Lead negotiations, RFPs, and bid analyses with focus on savings and compliance.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, onboarding and risk.
• Generate monthly updates and align sourcing with operational delivery.
• Support ESG and sustainable procurement initiatives.
