Job summary

JLL in London is seeking an EMEA Account Sourcing Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing across multi-country IFM accounts. You will drive transitions, build supplier frameworks, and ensure governance across regions while maintaining compliance and risk standards.

As a senior procurement professional, you will influence senior stakeholders, deliver savings, and partner with cross-functional teams to embed sustainable procurement practices and supplier performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven sourcing and procurement experience in IFM or multi-country environments.
• Experience leading transitions and mobilisations for new or re-scoped accounts.
• Strong client-management skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Consulting-style problem solving and client engagement advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing and procurement lifecycle across IFM service lines in EMEA.
• Lead sourcing workstream during client transitions and mobilisations.
• Represent JLL at client meetings and governance forums.
• Negotiate complex, high-value contracts and drive savings.
• Oversee RFP management, bid analysis, and supplier recommendations.
• Partner with Account Directors, Regional and Site Facilities Managers, Category Management and Operations teams.

Lead sourcing and procurement across our most complex, multi-country Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) accounts in EMEA. You’ll steer new client mobilisations through transition and embed best-in-class sourcing from day one. You’ll represent JLL with credibility at senior stakeholder and governance forums, ensuring every sourcing decision meets the highest standards of compliance and risk management. What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end sourcing and procurement lifecycle across IFM service lines in EMEA, from strategy and competitive tendering to contract negotiation and savings delivery
• Lead the sourcing workstream during client transitions and mobilisations, setting up supplier frameworks, contracts, and governance so new accounts launch smoothly and on schedule
• Represent JLL at client meetings and executive governance forums, shaping procurement strategy and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Negotiate complex, high-value contracts and drive savings targets, tracking and reporting performance through procurement platforms (Jaggaer) to demonstrate measurable value
• Oversee RFP management, bid analysis, and supplier recommendations, ensuring compliance with risk management protocols, regulatory requirements, and client governance standards across multiple jurisdictions
• Partner with Account Directors, Regional and Site Facilities Managers, Category Management, and Operations teams to scope services, align resources, and build robust supplier frameworks
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and contractual obligations, delivering clear monthly and quarterly reporting on sourcing activity, savings, supplier performance, and contract management
• Champion sustainability and diversity & inclusion on your accounts, working with JLL’s Sustainability lead to embed responsible procurement practices

What We’re Looking For

• Strong sourcing and procurement background within Integrated Facilities Management or similarly complex, multi-country service environments
• Hands-on transition and mobilisation expertise, with the ability to stand up sourcing models, supplier onboarding, and governance for new or re-scoped accounts
• Excellent client management skills, with the credibility to influence senior and C-suite stakeholders, challenge constructively, and build trust in high-stakes discussions
• A consulting-style approach to problem solving and client engagement (consulting background is a plus)
• Highly structured, disciplined ways of working, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple workstreams and deadlines across regions
• Strong commercial acumen, with demonstrated success in complex contract negotiation and savings delivery
• Solid knowledge of procurement best practices, compliance frameworks, risk management, and supplier qualification across multiple EMEA markets
• Proficiency with procurement platforms (Jaggaer/Bravo preferred) and strong analytical skills, turning data into actionable insights, with a commitment to continuous improvement, sustainability, and innovation
