Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced Lead Sourcing and Procurement professional for enterprise IFM accounts in EMEA. You will own the full procurement lifecycle, drive client transitions, and build governance with senior stakeholders to ensure compliant, value-driven outcomes.

You will lead complex negotiations, track savings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed sustainable procurement practices across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Deep sourcing and procurement background in complex, multi-country settings.
• Transition and mobilisation expertise for new or re-scoped accounts.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive savings in complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing lifecycle for IFM service lines in EMEA.
• Lead client transitions and mobilisations, setting up supplier frameworks and governance.
• Represent JLL in client meetings and governance forums with senior stakeholders.
• Negotiate high-value contracts and track savings using procurement platforms.
• Oversee RFP management, bid analysis, and supplier recommendations across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Account Directors and Operations to scope services and align resources.
• Deliver regular reporting on KPIs, savings, and contract performance.
• Promote sustainability and inclusion in procurement practices.
