Job summary

JLL is seeking an EMEA Account Sourcing Manager with strong IFM/FM expertise to lead strategic sourcing for a major client account in London. You will own end-to-end procurement, from sourcing strategy and RFPs to supplier negotiations and contract management.

You will build savings, optimise supplier portfolios, and drive responsible procurement across Workplace Management services while collaborating with account directors, facilities managers, and client contacts.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead IFM/FM sourcing initiatives across large accounts.
• Strong negotiation and bid management experience.
• Experience building supplier portfolios and managing S&P targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with client requirements across Workplace Management service lines.
• Lead negotiations, RFP management, and bid analysis to deliver savings.
• Optimise supplier portfolios for cost and quality improvements.
• Ensure contract and supplier compliance and manage supplier relationships end-to-end.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on performance, savings, and project plans.
