Job summary

Resolver operates as a hybrid workforce where you can choose to work at home, in the office, or a mix of both. We are looking for a Solutions Engineer who will demo Resolver's products to new and existing customers, applying product knowledge throughout the sales cycle and collaborating across departments to articulate our value proposition.

You’ll use storytelling to demonstrate how customers interact with Resolver's products, with day-to-day activities spanning product knowledge application,

Qualifications

• Ability to engage with customers and articulate value propositions.
• Experience communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demo Resolver products to new and existing customers during the sales cycle.
• Collaborate across product, sales, marketing and professional services to ensure accurate demonstrations.
• Prepare statements of work/high level estimates with the Professional Services team.
• Support the sales process with discovery calls, RFPs and post-demo activities.
