Job summary

YourPrime is expanding its commercial team and is seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Engineer to support sales processes by showcasing the value of their SaaS platform. This role will involve collaborating with Account Executives to deliver customized demos, and translating technical features into compelling narratives for prospective clients.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Pre-Sales roles and a strong understanding of operational workflows. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders are essential. Experience in LegalTech is a plus, but all relevant backgrounds are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Pre-Sales or Technical Consultant role in SaaS.
• Understanding of workflow and financial processes in business.
• Ability to present technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Experience configuring software and conducting demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Translate product capabilities into clear narratives.
• Engage with prospects to understand their business needs.
• Configure demo environments for real-world scenarios.
• Support proposals and RFP responses with technical inputs.
• Provide market feedback based on customer interactions.
• Maintain knowledge of platform modules and product ecosystem.
• Ensure handover to Professional Services post-contract.

Skills

Previous experience in a Pre-Sales or similar role within SaaS

Strong understanding of operational, workflow, or financial processes
