Job summary

BigPanda is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge between customers and our platform, designing tailored solutions that solve real-world IT operations challenges. You will work with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to demonstrate capabilities and guide customers through proofs-of-concept and onboarding.

You will combine deep technical expertise in observability and incident management with strong consultative and communication skills to help customers realize measurable business

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, preferably in AIOps, observability, monitoring, ITSM, ITOM, or incident management.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customer-specific solutions leveraging BigPanda's event ingestion, enrichment, correlation, and incident-sharing capabilities.
• Architect integrations between BigPanda and customer environments, including observability platforms, cloud services, ITSM tools, collaboration systems, and custom applications.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, operational challenges, and business objectives.
• Deliver technical demonstrations, workshops, and proofs-of-concept that showcase the value of BigPanda's platform.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Professional Services to ensure smooth transitions from proof-of-concept to production deployment.
