Job summary

Encord is hiring a Solutions Engineer to act as the core technical expert for our most complex customers. You will partner with Account Executives to architect and implement solutions for AI applications, including robotics and multimodal data.

You will own end-to-end technical implementations, deliver production-grade Python scripts, and guide customers through security, architecture, and integration evaluations. This role blends deep technical build with business value translation.

Qualifications

• Experience writing production-grade Python scripts for data ingestion and tooling.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and ML workflows.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for senior non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy with Account Executives for complex enterprise deals.
• Run deep technical discovery sessions with diverse stakeholders to architect solutions.
• Design and deliver customised demos and POCs to solve customer problems.
• Own end-to-end POC delivery and write robust integration scripts.
• Advise prospects on security, architecture, and data pipelines during evaluations.
• Translate technical architectures into persuasive business value for executives.
• Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering to shape roadmap.
