Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking an Investigator Payments Supervisor for a home-based UK position. The role focuses on coordinating pricing and investigator payments delivery, resolving issues, and building team capability across therapeutic areas.

You will interact with internal and external stakeholders, analyze payment processes, and defend payment decisions while working in a matrix, cross-functional environment. A strong background in budgeting and payments is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• Experience in financial operations, preferably in clinical trials or pharmaceutical industry.
• Supports CBM monthly issuance and closeout strategies for assigned studies.
• Supports development and approval of travel policies with payment vendor and stakeholders.
• Supports Data Transfer Agreements with payment vendor and Data Management for assigned studies.
• Supports payable budget template development with BST for assigned studies.
• Attends study program calls with payment vendor and cross-functional teams to set strategies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pricing and investigator payments delivery across regions.
• Resolve payment issues and develop team capability.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders with strong communication.
• Identify opportunities, risks, and take actions with supervision.
• Understand and defend payment decisions and rationales.
• Summarize budgeting and payment processes for stakeholders.
• Learn needs of study participants and sites regarding payments.
