ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking an Investigator Payment Specialist to be fully sponsor-dedicated and embedded within a growing program near London. You will manage investigator payments, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely financial processing across trials.

The role requires 1–2 years in finance within pharma/clinical research, with strong Excel and ERP experience, and excellent communication to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in pharmaceutical or clinical research.
• Knowledge of Sunshine Act and FMV regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Process investigator payments accurately and timely per study protocols.
• Maintain documentation for investigator payments compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Discuss payment discrepancies with internal teams and respond to investigator inquiries.
• Develop and implement processes to streamline investigator payment procedures.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses related to investigator payments.
