Job summary

British Gas is seeking a Short-Term Build Analyst to produce and deliver resource plans for work types from 1 week to 12 weeks out. You will support the RP teams to plan and schedule activity to increase profitability while ensuring customers are treated fairly.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with eWFM, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across Stockport and Leeds. A flexible setup could include home-based elements with site travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain resource plans for short-term work across Customer Operations.
• Forecast staffing levels and service levels for 1–12 weeks ahead.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to keep planning inputs up to date.
• Provide commentary on deviations from performance targets to RP leadership.
• Own planning cycles and governance processes for resource planning.
