Job summary

British Gas is seeking a Short-Term Build Analyst to produce and deliver resource plans for work types from 1 week to 12 weeks out, supporting RP teams to schedule activity and improve profitability. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with eWFM, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to align plans with operational needs.

The candidate will also contribute to governance across RP, analyse performance against plan, and communicate outputs effectively to leadership

Qualifications

• A strong analytical background with solid MS Office capabilities is essential.
• Good understanding of Resource Planning principles and practices.
• Experience using eWFM is essential.
• Experience working across a wide group of stakeholders.
• Understanding of delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain resource plans/models across 1–12 weeks.
• Forecast staffing levels, service levels, and KPIs.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to keep inputs up to date.
• Provide commentary on deviations from plan to leadership.
• Own planning cycles and governance processes for RP teams.
• Ensure data and processes comply with policy and training procedures.
