Job summary

Nir Yu is seeking a highly skilled conversions expert to optimize Shopify-based ecommerce funnels for clients. This remote, full-time role focuses on data-driven CRO strategies, experimentation, and revenue uplift.

You will audit stores, run A/B and multivariate tests, implement Shopify apps, and collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to deliver a cohesive digital experience across markets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience as a CRO Specialist, specifically with Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings to derive actionable insights.
• Experience in implementing and optimizing Shopify apps for conversion purposes.
• In-depth knowledge of upselling, cross-selling, and other psychological principles of e-commerce.
• A solid understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
• Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., VWO, Optimizely, or others).
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for data analysis, A/B testing, and personalized customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth audits of client Shopify stores, analyzing user behavior, and identifying friction points in the customer journey.
• Develop and implement data-driven CRO strategies and testing plans to improve conversion rates, average order value, and overall site engagement.
• Utilize and implement Shopify apps and other third-party tools to enhance store functionality and user experience.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests on key pages to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement.
• Create and implement effective upselling and cross-selling strategies on e-commerce sites.
• Analyze KPIs and provide regular reports and insights to clients and internal teams, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure a cohesive and high-performing digital experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in conversion rate optimization and the Shopify ecosystem.
