Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify DTC sites, landing pages, funnels and post-purchase flows. You will set the strategy, build the backlog, brief, QA, launch tests and ship winners in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

You should have 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands, deep hands-on Intelligems experience, and a proven track record of lifts in CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Deep hands-on Intelligems experience.
• Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Ability to set strategy and manage backlog, QA and launch weekly tests.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly with developers and designers.
• Report CRO KPIs and drive lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.
• Manage CRO agency and coordinate with the Head of Growth.
