The ideal candidate has 5+ years in digital strategy, e-commerce leadership, and a proven track record of data-driven growth. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and tech to optimize customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in digital strategy, e-commerce management, or digital marketing leadership roles.
• Proven success in developing and executing data-driven digital strategies that have resulted in significant business growth.
• Expertise across various digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content Marketing, PPC).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and CRO methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive digital strategy to drive e-commerce growth, including marketing, sales, and user experience.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and define strategic initiatives.
