Job summary

NiCE is seeking an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven customer engagement solutions across voice and digital channels. The role sits at the intersection of software engineering, AI agent development, and customer solution architecture.

You will work directly with customers and internal teams to translate complex challenges into scalable automation, prototypes, and production-ready agent capabilities that integrate with enterprise systems and deliver omnichannel

Qualifications

• Experience with AI agents and large language models (LLMs).
• Full stack development experience including backend services and web interfaces.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, REST APIs, and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-driven virtual agents for customer engagement across channels.
• Own lifecycle of AI agents from design to deployment and optimization.
• Develop APIs and orchestration layers for multi-system interactions.
• Create reusable components and frameworks to accelerate AI capability deployment.
• Collaborate with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Prototype new capabilities and demonstrate value to stakeholders.
