Job summary

Fin is seeking a founding Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with the R&D team and strategic customers. You will design, build, and implement solutions that bridge business goals with Fin’s AI Agent for Customer Service, Fin.

You’ll partner with Sales, Success, and Product teams to deliver end-to-end customer experiences, contribute to roadmap decisions, and own high-impact deployments on-site with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience building SaaS products and shipping value to users.
• Interest in AI/ML, ability to understand architectures and trade-offs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration to align teams and customers.
• Proficiency in a high-level language (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and ability to learn new ones quickly.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Fin by helping prospects unlock AI capabilities to scale support.
• Embed with strategic customers to understand business challenges and deliver value.
• Collaborate with customers’ technical teams and code alongside them to deliver projects.
• Work with Sales, Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth experiences and feedback.
• Evolve the Forward Deployed Engineering function and share best practices.
