Job summary

HappyRobot Inc. is seeking a versatile Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers, onboarding them to our AI platform and ensuring they extract maximum value.

You will combine frontend/backend development with AI/ML tuning, build features using React/TypeScript/Node.js/Python, and manage integrations with enterprise systems while collaborating with Product, Eng, and Customer Success. Qualifications

• Experience communicating with customers to gather requirements and translate them into engineering solutions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, eng and customer success teams.
• Track record of delivering customer-facing software features on time.
• Experience designing and integrating APIs for enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers to HappyRobot's AI platform and drive successful adoption.
• Develop new features and MVPs that address customer needs.
• Build robust applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js and Python.
• Design and tune AI/ML components including prompts and voices to improve use cases.
• Manage integrations with third-party systems and APIs for seamless operation.
• Collaborate with Product, Eng and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions.
