Job summary

Nerdio is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our global Talent Acquisition team, working 100% remotely from the UK. You will own end-to-end recruitment for EMEA and APAC, partnering with leaders to shape plans, manage pipelines and drive hiring across multiple functions in a fast-paced cloud tech environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in-house in a tech or SaaS environment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions including go-to-market (sales, sales engineering, marketing), technical support and product.
• Proven success recruiting across EMEA and/or APAC with solid understanding of regional talent markets and cultural differences.
• Excellent sourcing skills and a track record of building proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders as a trusted strategic TA advisor.

Responsibilities

• Own full life cycle recruiting across EMEA and APAC for all lines of business, from intake to offer.
• Shape hiring plans and advise on market insights, compensation benchmarks, and timelines.
• Develop country-specific search strategies with deep market understanding.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and engage passive candidates.
• Lead sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, events and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews and guide teams through evaluation and decision-making.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience from outreach to offer and negotiation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and share pipeline metrics with stakeholders.
• Share best practices and collaborate with regional TA teams.
