Job summary

QAD is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with business leaders across EMEA, spanning the UK and Europe, with occasional support for roles in the Americas. You will drive end-to-end recruitment strategy and act as a trusted advisor to HR and hiring leaders.

You will use AI tools, social media, and analytics to build pipelines for senior and critical roles, collaborating across regions and functions in a fast-paced SaaS/software environment.

Qualifications

• Strong partnership approach and consultative mindset.
• Ability to develop recruitment strategies and deploy them across multiple EMEA countries.
• Proven success in engaging passive talent in multi-market environments.
• Active social media presence as a brand ambassador in your vertical.
• High proficiency with recruitment tools and systems (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS).
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools (Claude, Google Gemini) in sourcing and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Embed within business lines to translate goals into recruitment strategy.
• Provide market intelligence on multi-country hiring and compensation benchmarking.
• Directly recruit across a broad range of functions and levels, including senior roles.
• Actively engage on social media to build pipelines and brand presence.
• Guide HR partners on ATS usage and pipeline health.
• Collaborate within a global network of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists.
