Whatnot is seeking an International Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring across Europe from our London hub. You will partner with local and global managers, source top talent beyond traditional channels, and manage multiple roles with varying seniority in a fast-growing startup environment.

You will drive inclusive hiring, improve processes, and mentor peers to raise the bar for recruiting excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hiring across GTM, Sales, or Marketing.
• Experience at high-growth startups or scale-ups.
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to align recruiting priorities.
• Sourcing top candidates through creative channels beyond LinkedIn.
• Act as a full-cycle recruiter from sourcing to closing.
• Manage multiple roles and pipelines of varying seniority.
• Develop job posts, hiring plans, and rubrics with managers.
• Iterate on candidate feedback to improve the process.
• Mentor peers and build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Improve recruiting workflows to scale with growth.
• Champion diversity in hiring practices.
