Permanent People Rec2Rec is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant – Construction & Engineering. This fully remote UK-based role offers significant autonomy and leadership to grow your desk while delivering permanent recruitment across construction and engineering sectors.

You will recruit within Construction or Engineering, demonstrate a strong billing history (£200k+ annually), and build credibility with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting permanent roles in Construction or Engineering.
• Demonstrated credibility in a specialist market.
• Ability to develop new and existing client relationships.
• Proven self-motivation and ability to work with autonomy without micromanagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own time, activity, and pipeline.
• Grow and own a UK-wide Construction & Engineering desk.
• Build relationships with clients and candidates to drive billings.
