Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd in Southampton is seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead a white-collar Construction desk. You will recruit across permanent and contract roles for Tier 1 contractors, developers and major players across the South Coast, London and the wider UK market.

You will own and grow client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and manage end-to-end recruitment with support from the wider 3D Personnel network.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, particularly within construction or technical sectors.
• Proven billing performance in recruitment roles.
• Ability to develop and manage client relationships and build new business.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a white-collar construction recruitment desk.
• Recruit permanent and contract professionals across construction sectors.
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Work with Tier 1 main contractors, design & build contractors, subcontractors and developers.
• Identify new business opportunities across the South Coast, London and wider UK.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from BD to placement.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with wider 3D Personnel teams to maximise opportunities.
