TYG is recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant for our London team. You will lead and grow a desk in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction space, building long-term client partnerships and delivering senior-level candidate management with market insight.

We’re hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our London team.

We’re a market-leading recruitment company in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction space, partnering with clients across the USA. After a record start to 2026, we’re growing again – currently 24 people, with plans to reach 40 over the next three years.
