Job summary

Slalom is looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our UK team, based in London or Manchester, onsite with clients. You will own the functional solution, guide delivery through all stages, and partner with cross-functional teams to unlock business value.

You will lead agile delivery, define scoping, manage stakeholders, and drive QA/UAT across projects, ensuring Salesforce capabilities align with client outcomes.

Qualifications

Delivery lead with Agile experience in Salesforce projects.
Experience in guiding multi-disciplinary teams through delivery lifecycles.
Ability to document business and functional requirements for Salesforce solutions.
Experience leading pre-sales activities and technical scoping.
Familiarity with Salesforce product suite and related tech.

Responsibilities

Own the functional solution and guide the team through delivery stages from initiation to handoff.
Define and manage delivery rituals: planning, grooming, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives.
Translate business requirements into Salesforce-based roadmaps and technical execution.
Lead multi-disciplinary teams (analysts, developers, UX, etc.) and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
Collaborate with QA/UAT teams to validate releases and defects triage.
