Job summary

Globant is seeking a Solution Sales Specialist, Sr Manager to join our Salesforce Studio for the UK market in London. This client-facing role requires a proven network of Salesforce relationships and the ability to drive revenue through consultative sales and strong pipeline management.

The ideal candidate will have deep Salesforce knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and a track record of engaging C‑suite stakeholders to close complex deals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling Salesforce-related solutions and services (implementation, managed services, consulting, or platform advisory).
• Existing network of client and/or Salesforce ecosystem contacts in the UK and/or Europe.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce product suite and mapping to business outcomes.
• Track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leading consultative sales conversations.
• Strong commercial acumen: pipeline management, forecasting, and negotiating deal terms.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
