Job summary

Parkside Recruitment is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Manager to provide trusted ER support across the business. You’ll act as the first point of contact for General Managers, Territory Managers and People Business Partners, promoting fair and compliant employee relations while minimising risk.

This hands-on, remote role works with operational leaders and the People Team to coach managers, manage ER cases end-to-end (including disciplinary, grievance and capability matters) in ServiceNow,

Qualifications

• Proven experience advising and coaching managers on ER issues.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice.
• Strong judgement balancing risk, fairness and commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, pragmatic advice to managers on a wide range of ER matters (disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability).
• Ensure ER cases are fair, consistent and compliant with legislation and policy.
• Coach line managers to manage ER matters confidently and reach positive outcomes.
• Own end-to-end case management with timely updates in ServiceNow and other systems.
• Monitor ER trends and produce reporting for insight-led decisions.
• Support long-term sickness and capability cases with accurate record-keeping.
