Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions architecture, data engineering, technical pre-sales, or a senior hands-on role.
• Proficient in Python and SQL with live coding, debugging and solution-building skills.
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems architecture and lakehouse patterns.
• Experience deploying production solutions on public cloud and driving platform adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical strategy for accounts from discovery to production deployment.
• Lead complex architecture discussions spanning data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer architects, engineering leads, and Directors.
• Drive technical wins by showcasing Databricks differentiation through custom solutions.
• Develop an emerging technical specialisation and become a go-to resource for the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver comprehensive solutions for complex needs.
• Influence product direction with feedback on customer requirements and gaps.
