Job summary

KOR is seeking a detail-oriented Client Success Analyst to work with institutional clients on implementations, data questions and daily support. You will dig into trade data, validate setups, diagnose reporting issues and ensure clients derive full value from KOR.

Seniority will depend on experience, from Analyst to Senior Analyst. Join a VC-backed fintech delivering regulatory trade reporting with a modern cloud stack.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support client implementations end to end: onboarding, data mapping, test cycles and go-live readiness.
• Analyse client submissions, rejections and reconciliation breaks; identify root causes and coordinate fixes with clients and engineering.
• Respond to client questions on data, product and reporting rules; manage tickets through to resolution.
• Triaging issues and elevating with clear analyses.
• Build and maintain client documentation, runbooks and FAQs.
• Use AI and automation to speed up analysis, triage and reporting; suggest improvements.
• Track client health and adoption signals; flag risks or opportunities early.
• Join client meetings and occasional on-site visits for kickoffs and go-lives.

Job description

We’re looking for an analytical, hands‑on Client Success Analyst to work directly with our institutional clients on implementations, data questions and day-to-day support. You’ll dig into trade data, test and validate client setups, find the root cause of reporting issues, and make sure clients get full value from KOR. If you have a background in OTC derivatives or regulatory reporting, love solving problems with data, and like using modern tools (including AI) to work smarter, this role is for you. We’ll hire at Analyst or Senior Analyst level depending on experience.

What you’ll do

• Support client implementations end to end: onboarding, data mapping, test cycles and go-live readiness

• Track client health and adoption signals and flag risks or opportunities early

• Join client meetings and occasional on-site visits for kickoffs and go-lives

About you

You’re analytical, curious and hands‑on. You like to understand how things work, you’re comfortable going deep into data, and you follow an issue through until it’s solved. You see AI and modern tooling as a way to do better work faster.

• 2–5 years in OTC derivatives, regulatory reporting, trade operations or a client‑facing data role (Senior Analyst: 4+ years)

• Familiarity with at least one reporting regime (e.g. CFTC, CSA, EMIR, ASIC, MAS)

• Strong analytical skills: comfortable with large data sets and Excel, and good at tracing an issue to its root cause

• Already using AI tools in your daily work and looking for ways to automate

• Clear, structured communicator with clients and internal teams

• Organized and reliable, able to juggle several client issues at once

• Based in EMEA/UK and happy to travel to clients occasionally (around 5–10%)

• Nice to have: SQL, APIs/JSON, ISO 20022 or FpML, Jira
