Job summary

BSO is seeking a Marketing Leader to own the full strategy and execution, translating complex offerings into clear, disruptive value propositions. You will build an AI-powered marketing machine, drive outbound and inbound campaigns, and manage content, SEO, and events.

The role requires 8+ years in B2B tech marketing, a marketing degree, and strong storytelling in English. London-based permanent position with collaboration across marketing, sales and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing experience in B2B tech, infra, telecom or SaaS preferred.
• Degree in Marketing or similar mandatory.
• Experience in Marketing Tech and Financial Services products and services.
• Experience collaborating with commercial teams and partners.
• Strong Product Marketing skills – ability to simplify complex technical offers into disruptive messaging.
• Modern approach to AI and tools to automate marketing strategy.
• Solid experience in Growth Marketing (outbound + inbound) with heavy use of AI tools.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand our solutions across all verticals.
• Extract the core essence of our offers and craft powerful USPs.
• Develop disruptive, differentiated messaging and positioning that makes BSO stand out.
• Create buyer personas, value propositions, battle cards and sales enablement materials.
• Lead outbound marketing campaigns (email and LinkedIn) using AI tools to optimize processes.
• Drive inbound marketing through content, SEO, automation and AI-powered tools.
• Own the company website strategy, performance and user experience with an agency.
• Oversee content production including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies and thought leadership.
• Plan and execute participation in events, webinars and sponsorships for lead generation.
• Develop annual Go-To-Market plans and track ROI.
