Job summary

Instructure is seeking a Sales Development Representative to qualify new sales opportunities for our Regional Directors. This remote-friendly role involves introducing the Instructure Learning Platform to potential clients and managing territory prospecting.

You will provide regular forecasts and maintain lead status in Salesforce while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet quotas. The role supports flexible work options—remote, hybrid, or in-office—depending on team and location.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven sales experience and a track record of meeting quotas.
• Experience selling software or tech products to institutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and intro to enterprise software.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Qualify new sales opportunities and coordinate with Regional Directors.
• Prospect designated territory via outbound outreach, trade shows, email campaigns, and inbound leads.
• Provide accurate forecasts and update lead status in Salesforce.
