Job summary

Crimson Education is seeking a highly organised Sales Development Representative to support the UK & Europe sales process from a fully remote position. You will manage lead outreach, consultation preparation, and the creation of sales materials using Canva, PandaDoc and Salesforce.

The role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and a warm, professional tone when engaging families. You will coordinate invoicing, contracts and follow-up, ensuring timely delivery of documents and a polished client

Qualifications

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail are essential.
• Strong written and spoken English skills are required.
• Ability to work quickly across multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience with Canva, PandaDoc, Salesforce or similar tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement and SDR support: follow up with MQL, webinars, events and school leads; assist with consultations and bookings.
• Prepare high-quality Canva and PandaDoc materials; create student appraisals, programme proposals and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage invoicing, contracts and next steps.
• Support cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Admissions, Operations) to ensure a smooth client journey.
